We want you to stay good and enjoy your holiday with us - without having to worry about any minor mishaps. That's exactly why we have ‘staysafe’, our additional damage protection.

With staysafe, you are covered for up to €1,000 per booking if damage is accidentally caused to the inventory or accommodation during your stay - without any complicated claims processing. The cover applies if the damage is reported during your stay and your own liability insurance or comparable insurance does not cover the damage.

What damage is covered?

• Unintentional damage to furniture or accommodation
• Damage caused by pets brought along

What is not covered?

• Deliberate damage or wilful destruction
• Normal wear and tear due to normal use
• Mechanical defects or age-related damage to appliances
• Loss of keys and the replacement of locking systems
• Damage to or caused by vehicle(s) on the property

What needs to be considered?

Damage must be reported during the stay.

staysafe is not an insurance policy, but a service provided by staygood holiday flats. In the event of damage, we will take care of the inspection and settlement in an uncomplicated manner - stay safe and stay good.
